OVERVIEW
Joseph T. Berndt is a Shareholder and Secretary at Thoresen Diaby Helle Condon & Dodge, Inc. He keeps current on accounting and tax law changes. Joe’s experience includes providing the highest quality audit, review, compilation, and tax compliance services for clients in a variety of industries. He specializes in the franchising, construction, manufacturing, and non-profit industries.
From the very first accounting class he attended, Joe was inspired to enter the field. He has since contributed over 12 years to the profession and in that time has treated every client’s business as if it were his own. Joe feels getting to know his clients personally makes the work experience enjoyable for everyone and that TDHCD facilitates that personal interaction through its open and friendly atmosphere.
Joe graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance from St. Cloud State University. He is also a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.
PERSONAL INTERESTS
Joe spends as much of his free time as possible with his wife and two young daughters. He enjoys cooking for his family especially trying new recipes. In the summer you can find him on the trails walking his German Shepard and enjoying the beautiful Minnesota Summers.
