OVERVIEW
Stephen D. Helle is a shareholder and treasurer of Thoresen Diaby Helle Condon & Dodge, Inc. He has more than 35 years of experience in providing accounting, attestation, tax compliance, planning, and consulting services. He also advises on entity selection, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, banking and financing issues and forecasts and projections. He works closely with his clients to guide them through the maze and complexity of the tax code, financial reporting and general business matters.
Stephen offers specialized services in construction and manufacturing companies. Other clients include restaurants, professional service organizations, wholesale distributors, trucking companies, manufacturers’ representatives, charitable gambling operations, and new and emerging businesses.
PERSONAL INTERESTS
Away from the office Stephen spends most of his time “up at the lake” with his wife Dawn or hunting, fishing and hanging out with his Grandkids. He has been on hunting and fishing expeditions as far north as the Arctic Circle, and as far south as Belize.
